E-mail a Patient At Joseph Brant, we know how important it is to keep in contact with family members and friends during a hospital visit. That is why we are pleased to offer free e-card service. Volunteers will deliver your greeting to the bedside Monday through Friday between 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, holidays excluded. Sending e-cards is a one-way service only. Patients do not have the means to reply to your message. And please note: e-cards are not to be used to obtain medical advice, for urgent matters or to contact a health-care professional with questions. If the patient is no longer in the hospital, we will discard your message. Because we hand deliver the e-cards to our patients, please do not include any confidential or private information. Think of the e-card as a postcard. The hospital is not responsible for patient e-mails that are misdirected, lost or accidentally deleted from the system. Click here to send your message.
